At BOHTEAK, we want you to love your handcrafted home pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
